01 General Provisions

Pk3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is a licensed online gaming platform offering online slot games, fish games, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between pk3 and its registered users.

Creating an account, playing any game, making a deposit, or using any other service on pk3 means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted.

10 Limitation of Liability

Pk3 strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, pk3's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Pk3 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Pk3 is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Pk3 is not responsible for account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Pk3's liability is limited in cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Pk3 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. Always play responsibly and within your means.
